Hand dyed, hand made knit hat. The yarn was produced in the US with US grown alpaca fleece, including fleece from the Alpacas from MaRS herd. It's a 70/30 Alpaca/Merino blend. This hat uses bulky yarn that is warm, soft, and cozy. Double knit brim. Faux fur pom-pom. Beautiful autumn inspired colors of Cabernet, Aztec Gold, and Moss Green.
We raise the alpacas, shear them, clean the fleece and then submit part of our clip to a US fiber pool. We receive product back from the pool and create unique finished products.
