Basic agistment charges are $3.25 per day for adult alpacas. Weanling 6 months to 12 months of age are $2.50 per day. Crias 3 to 6 mos. $1.50 per day. Birthing fee is $250.00, cost of special care determined on a case to case basis.

Service Description
Alpacas from MaRS has been providing agistment services since 2002. We provide your alpacas with the same personal care we provide our own. Perhaps you just need someone to care for your alpacas while you are on vacation, or maybe you are considering alpaca ownership that doesn't require you to buy the farm. Routine care such as toenail trimming and immunizations are included. Quality orchard grass hay, maintenance and lactation pellets, and seasonal pasture provided and fed as directed by our vets. We are lucky to have pellets formulated to specifically meet the nutritional needs of our alpacas in the Pacific NW. Special needs can be addressed.
Birthing services are also available. We can host your females for late pregnancy and delivery. Discounts on Herdsire services available to agistment clients.
Clients, as well as others, are welcome to agist their alpacas with us. Let us help you with your alpaca dreams!
Terms of Service
We currently have room for 4-6 more alpacas depending on gender and pregnancy status. We apologize but at this time we do not have any opening for stud males.
