Maligaya is a beautiful dark brown granddaughter of Pperuvian Pluro. She has wonderful fleece character with plenty of crimp, shine, and density. Mali carries herself well, a proud female. She's got solid structure with heavy bone.
Maligaya has proven herself to plenty of milk for her cria. Mali was a great mom even allowing a "milk snitch" up to the milk bar without any reduction in her own cria's growth. She's a very patient, caring mom. And she's one of the easiest alpacas in the herd to handle!
Mali has now produced three female cria in a row! Her first was a medium fawn daughter of David Shines; her second, a beige, sired by MaRS Hutton; and the third a dark fawn sired by Camilio's Caramello!
Mali's 2009 cria, Echo, is stunning! Caramello and Maligaya created a beautiful little girl. Caramello's offspring are claiming ribbon after ribbon in the show ring, that's where this girl will be!
Maligaya was exposed to Absolute's Dash of Pepper, but has not been confirmed as pregnant. If pregnant, she is due in early June. Breeding is available to any solely owned Alpacas from MaRS service sires.
